Return/Refund Policy: There is a 10-day exchange policy. Within 10 days you can return your un-used, un-worn item in its original packaging in exchange for store credit of equal or lesser value. There will not be a refund on any shipping charges. 

Collaborations: I love to work with other small shops and influencers. If interested in collaborating please email pennisunshine@gmail.com

My Process: Everything headband in the shop is handmade.

Whenever I do you can be the first to know by subscribing to Penni Sunshine emails!

If you need to cancel your order it needs to be done within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your order is placed I am not able to make any changes to it. If you’d like an additional item you will have to place another order. If you need to change your shipping address I will need to cancel your order and you can re-order it. 

All orders are handmade with lots of love in the order they were received. Your order ships out via USPS first class, and you will receive a tracking number. First class mail takes about 3-5 days for delivery. However, there would be delays beyond my control with the postal system such as holidays, etc.
